Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account details such as your email address and display name, workspace content such as uploaded images, prompts, generated outputs, and generation history, plus technical and product-use data such as timestamps, device or browser details, IP-derived security logs, error logs, and plan or credit status where applicable.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate your account, operate your workspace, process image generation requests, store results, monitor abuse and service reliability, respond to support requests, improve the product, and comply with legal or security obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Service Providers and Sharing
We share data only where needed to operate the service. That can include service providers for authentication, database and private storage infrastructure, and image generation providers such as KIE when you submit a generation request. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a business transfer.
5. Retention
We keep account information and workspace history for as long as your account remains active and the data is needed to operate the service. Uploaded images, prompts, and generated outputs may remain in your workspace until you delete them, ask us to delete them, close your account, or we remove them during storage cleanup, backup rotation, security review, or legal handling. Operational logs, credit records, and diagnostics may be retained longer when reasonably needed for fraud prevention, accounting, abuse response, or compliance.
6. Privacy and Security
We aim to keep the service privacy-focused and private by default. Workspace content is stored behind access controls tied to your account, and we limit sharing to the providers needed to run the service. No internet service can promise perfect security, so you should avoid uploading content you are not comfortable processing through an online AI workflow.
7. Your Choices
You can choose what to upload, stop using the service at any time, and contact us if you want to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data or workspace content. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
